The role requires good academsic in Chemical Engineering and at least 10 years Offshore/Subsea O&G sector experience. The general remit is to perform design calculations and assist in the performance of engineering and field development studies.
Specifically this involves: *Running of proprietary software (AERMOD, ADMS, GIS, Proprietary noise modelling tools, Cormix)* Performing environmental engineering calculations (e.g. emissions, effluents , ETP & line sizing)* Production of environmental documents (e.g. philosophies, emissions inventories, ENVID register(s), permitting plans, waste management plans, audit reports )* Conducting environmental studies including pollution prevention studies and BAT demonstration reports, Energy efficiency studies, life cycle analysis, air dispersion studies *Production of technical notes for reporting of study results; PPC permits, Environmental Impact Assessments * Evaluation of alternative field development options through a tailored environmental screening process
